Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at fashiondesignertrendythreads@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order details.
Customized or Made-to-Order products cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
Order Cancellation by Trendy Threads:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or errors in product/pricing information.
If we cancel your order, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received a wrong item
The product is not as described and verified by our team
To be eligible for a refund:
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags
You must share unboxing/opening videos and photos for verification
Return Process
If your return is approved, we will share the return shipping address.
You will need to courier the product back to us at your own expense unless the error was from our end.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only if:
The size you ordered is incorrect (and the product is eligible for exchange)
The product is unused, undamaged, and returned within 7 days
Exchange is not available for:
Customized or made-to-measure outfits
International orders
Sale or discounted products
